The Strong Motion Analyst software package (SMA) is a tool designed for earthquake engineers, seismologists and academic researchers to process strong motion accelerograms. This software package is a Windows™-based interactive processing tool that features instrument correction, data editing, filtering, ground motion integrations, Fourier and Response Spectra calculations, and .V1, .V2, .V3, file format output.
Supports up to 18 data channels, up to 5 damping values, and up to 100 period values
Imports Kinemetrics .EVT files, raw data in ASCII file format, USGS and CSMIP .V1, .V2, V3 files
Produces:
- Uncorrected acceleration (.V1 files)
- Corrected acceleration, velocity and displacement (.V2 files)
- Fourier and Response Spectra (.V3 files)
- Power Spectral Density Graph
- FFT Graph
- Graphic display/print in tripartite or other modes
- Context sensitive help
- User-defined filtering
Interactive graphics and printing
